Since EMIS has moved to using SNOMED codes for QOF business rules, we have been hearing of many people with patients being added to their diesease registers and in some cases, patients no longer being on disease registers where they would have been. We've undertaken a review and found a number of codes that are affected (click read more to see these). We've also got some searches that we are happy to share to identify other codes (there are likely more than we have identified).Read more ...
